The terms “we,” “us,” or “our” shall refer to Site and it’s owners and operators. The terms “you,” “your,” or “Customer” or “Client” shall refer to any individual or entity who uses this Site or Services.
Whether you are simply browsing or using this Site or purchase Services, your use of this Site signifies that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We may change or modify these Terms of Use, and such changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this Site. Your continued use of this Site or Services after such changes are made will constitute your acceptance of these Terms of Use as last revised. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, then do not use or continue to use this Site or the Services.
The search services provided through this Site are provided for a fee and the services are regulated by a Services Agreement, and these Terms of Use. Where there is a conflict between the Services Agreement and these Terms of Use, the Services Agreement shall control.
Account Expiration: After paying the Service Fee your account will expire after 120 days, or 30 days after you receive your Search Report, whichever occurs first. If you fail to complete the online interview within 120 days, you will have to pay a new Service Fee in order to access and complete the online interview. Information entered into the online interview is provided by you voluntarily and you are not required to enter any information you do not wish to provide. The information requested in the online interview is used to conduct a search and to prepare your Search Report. The information you submit via your online interview is removed from the Website at the time of account expiration. You may request to have your information removed sooner by sending an email from your account associated email.
Search Report Expiration: Due to the passage of time and ever changing nature court rules, laws and procedures, the Search Report may eventually become obsolete. As such any Search Report obtained from this Website should be used timely. Your failure to use or submit Search Report to the court or property authorities in a timely manner could result in your Search Report losing its intended value or even rejected. We use reasonable efforts to provide a Search Report that will comply with most court’s requirements. Upon your request and with receipt of specific requirements we can provide your Search Report in a modified format, but requests for additional information not provided in our standard Search Report may require additional searching and may result in additional fees to you.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including forms, images, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of this Site are copyrights, trademarks, and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by this Site. No material from this Site may be copied, reproduced, hyperlinked, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, provided, however, you may download or print any documents provided through an Attorney Service for the purpose of filing in court. Use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our Site pages or the content contained herein is strictly forbidden.

Fees for use of Services are posted on the various pages of this Site. The Service Fee for the Electronic Search Service is a one-time fee of $79. The Service Fee for the Premium Search Service is $150 per hour with a minimum fee of two hours of $300. By electing either Service you agree to pay the fees associated with the Service by providing us with a valid credit card. You certify that you are an authorized user of the credit card. You understand that we take credit card fraud and non-payment very seriously, and we may work with law enforcement agencies and private parties to address these issues if they occur. We further reserve the right to suspend service for failure to pay the Service fee or in the event of chargeback. If you have questions about our service fees, please contact us before you request any Search Service. We use a number of public and private databases and use other reasonable efforts to deliver the Electronic Search Service to our customers, and this information is used to compile the Search Report which is based on certain public and private database and other public records and other sources; provided, however, customer accepts all information is provided "AS IS". All purchases are final with no refunds once the Search request is submitted to us. Furthermore you understand that our Site is charged a fee for accessing third party databases and this Site cannot guarantee the accuracy of other party’s information and because our Site incurs these fees we are unable to receive refunds from these third parties and that services once provided can’t be undone or refund and for these reasons we have a no refund policy.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Disputes arising hereunder shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of the United States of America and/or the state courts of Washington.
The failure of the Site at any time to require, insist upon or enforce performance of any provision hereof shall not be construed as a waiver or affect its right at a later time to enforce the same. No waiver by a party of any condition or any breach of any term, representation or warranty contained in these Terms of Use shall be effective unless in writing.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Site, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers to the Site from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from your use of this Site.
The Site shall be excused from performance hereunder to the extent that performance is prevented, delayed or obstructed by causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God (fire, storm, floods, earthquakes, etc.), civil disturbances, disruption of telecommunications, power or other essential services, or interruption or termination of service by the Internet access service being used by the Site to link its servers to the Internet.
